Recipes - More Suggestions
For Dotterer's Gourmet Mustard:
- Mix with mayonnaise and use as a sauce for crab fingers or cold seafood.
- Use as a glaze to bake turkey, ham duck, or pork.
- Pour over leftover cold fried chicken.
- Baste chicken wings and grill.
- Make salad dressing with balsamic vinegar, mustard, oil, salt and garlic.
- Serve with smoked sausage wrapped in crescent rolls, baked and then dipped in mustard.
- Use as a dipping sauce with chicken nuggets.
For Dotterer's Hot Pepper Jelly:
- Serve with cream cheese and crackers; Try with brie or cheddar.
- Melt into beef or veal stock and serve with venison.
- Stir into chicken stock and serve with duck.
- Melt to glaze duck, turkey or ham.
- Use in place of any chutney.
